With four children ages 4 to 14 years old, exercise has always been an outlet for stress and a quick break from the world to spend a little “me time.” As a competitive fitness model, I have fallen in love with fitness and worked hard to educate myself about physical training while balancing life’s responsibilities.
Today, I make time for myself up to 6 days a week whether it’s at the gym or a quick workout in the backyard because I believe fitness encompasses mind, body, and soul. I credit my health, beauty and most importantly, balance to my routine.

Through my competition training, I’ve been lucky to learn from some of the best coaches, trainers, and dieticians in the industry, and I want to help other women and moms like me create a healthy, fun and fit lifestyle.
