Don’t worry if you are unable to complete a workout. The program is meant to help you get into a routine and make fitness fun. As you progress through the program completing workouts will get easier because you will constantly be improving your fitness along the way. If you are unable to get to the gym or do a workout, that’s ok too – sometimes life gets in the way and that’s part of the fun. You can make up the workout another day or skip it all together and move on – remember that balance is just as important as fitness.
